Question 1

What do you actually build?

Accepted Answer

End-to-end AI systems: workflow automations, AI agents, internal assistants trained on your company's knowledge, customer support across chat, WhatsApp, and email, document and data processing, and AI content production. Plus the software around them: dashboards, portals, and integrations.

Question 2

Do we need to know what we want first?

Accepted Answer

No. That's what the audit is for. Bring the problems, and we'll work out which ones AI can actually solve.

Question 3

What if AI isn't the right answer?

Accepted Answer

Then we'll say so. Some problems need a simple automation or a process change, not a model.

Question 4

Which AI models do you use?

Accepted Answer

Whichever fits the job, the running cost, and your privacy needs. We aren't tied to any one provider.

Question 5

Is our data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is used only to run your system and is never used to train AI models. When a project needs it, we use private or self-hosted models so sensitive data stays on infrastructure you control.

Question 6

Who will I actually be working with?

Accepted Answer

The people who scope your project are the same people who build it. Founders on every call, working software in front of you early, and a direct line to the team writing the code. That closeness is the product.

Question 7

Who owns everything after launch?

Accepted Answer

You do. Code, prompts, workflows, and documentation are all part of every handover. You own everything we build.

Question 8

What happens after it ships?

Accepted Answer

The relationship continues: monitoring, tuning, and improvement as models get better and your needs change. We aim to be the AI team you grow with.

Question 9

Can you lead our AI strategy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI strategy and roadmaps for teams without in-house AI expertise, plus integration with the tools you already run on.
